Did you know that what you think about actually comes about?

Of all the Universal Laws that govern our magnificently created universe by God our Father, the single most powerful law is the Law of Attraction:

“That which is likened unto itself is drawn“ or simply stated, “like attracts like “ or “everything produces after it’s own kind”

This means that what you are focused on, you attract to yourself. Here's an illustration. When you are focused on what you want, you are attracting to you what you want. When you are focused on what you do not want, you are attracting the same to you, that which you do not want. All thought is silent prayer. Positive or negative.

How do you transform your mind to think upon the things which you truly want?

1. Listen attentively to your thoughts with vigilant scrutiny.  Listen to what you really think. Not what you would like to think, what you wished you thought, or what you tell others you think.  If you think thoughts that are negative, self defeating, insulting, uninspiring or un-empowering, say the word “STOP”. 

2. Get pictures, images, words, phrases, memories or and ideas that are representative of what you do want and say them to your self. Put powerful pictures up all around your personal spaces of things you do want to think about, feel and attract.  Every time you  walk past them or glance at them, say the word with joy, enthusiasm and confidence.

Your brain does not know the difference between that which is real or imagined.

Over time your thoughts will become greater, more positive and more reflective of what you really want to attract.

Transform your mind and you will transform your life.  Don’t settle for less than an awesome life filled with more of what you desire. It's waiting for you.

Weekly Fit Tip

Regular relaxation is essential for long life and personal effectiveness. Here are some techniques for relaxing that are used by the most successful people in America.

TAKE TIME OFF EVERY WEEK
First of all, work only five or six days per week, and rest completely on the seventh day. Every single study in this area shows that you will be far more productive in the five or six days that you work if you take one or two days off completely than you ever would be if you worked straight through for seven days. The same goes for your workout routine.

GET YOUR MIND BUSY ELSEWHERE
During this time off, do not catch up on reports, organize your desk, prepare proposals, or do anything else that requires mental effort. Simply let your mind relax completely, and get busy doing things with your family and friends. Maybe work around the house, go for a walk, watch television, go to a movie, or play with your children. Whatever you do, discipline yourself to shut your mental gears off completely for at least one 24-hour period every seven days.

GET AWAY ON MINI-VACATIONS
Second, take one three-day vacation every three months, and during that time, refrain from doing any work. Do not attempt to catch up on even a few small things. If you do, you keep your mental gears in motion, and you end up neither resting nor properly doing work of any quality.

Healthy Recipe

Honey-Dijon Vegetable Kabobs

Makes: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium zucchini, cut in 3/4-inch slices
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, stemmed
  • 1 medium onion, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 3/4 cup fat-free honey-mustard salad dressing
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

  • Prepare a medium-hot grill and lightly spray with nonfat cooking spray.
  • Arrange vegetables on 6 metal skewers, alternating zucchini, peppers, tomatoes and onions; sprinkle kabobs with garlic powder and brush with dressing.
  • Place kabobs on grill, cover and cook 10-15 minutes.
  • Turn and baste kabobs 2-3 times while grilling. Serve over cooked rice and pasta.

Nutritional Information:

  • Calories: 75
  • Carbohydrate: 16 grams
  • Cholesterol: 0 milligrams
  • Dietary Fiber: 3 grams
  • Fat: 1 gram
  • Protein: 4 grams
  • Sodium: 300 milligrams
