Produced by Victoria Johnson, Victoria's Body Shoppe features workouts in the most current fitness trends: Step, Weight Training, Body Sculpting, Technifunk and Contemporary Stretch.  Host of Celebrity Health & Fitness, a national health, fitness and lifestyle program, Johnson has produced and starred in more than 14 workout videos, including three voted "Fitness Video of the Year" by Self Magazine.
She is also the author of ATTITUDE, a work Johnson describes in her typical blunt, cut-through the babble way as "a body-shrinking, head-thinking guide filled with motivation, inspiration and major positive attitude."
 An experienced fitness and motivation consultant, lecturer and author, Johnson hosts and leads Victoria's Body Shoppe, offering viewers not only an exhilarating and stimulating workout but also practical information about nutrition, motivation and lifestyle enhancement and tips about health and beauty care.
