Burn Tons Of Fat At Any Age


I need some serious help and hope. I am 52 years old but I feel like I am 100!

I am so exhausted all the time and I dress like an old lady. I know I need to lose some body fat as you always write in your newsletters but I feel like I am just too old to get in shape.

I work part time and I volunteer for my church. So I have the time I just don’t have the motivation.

It amazes me how many of us have time to volunteer and give to interests outside of ourselves but are dying a bitter slow emotional and physical death inside. Our number one responsibility is to take care of our health. In today’s economy it’s vital we guard our bodies as if our life depended on it… because it does.

You think you are too old to get in shape? I was just in Miami as the Celebrity Judge at the Fame International, Figure, Fitness and Bodybuilding Championships and the Women Masters winner was 60 years old! She looked amazing; She was ripped and had a set of super sexy six-pack abs!!

OMG…. she brought the house down at the night show. Everyone was standing and screaming for her because she was unbelievably fit.

There were several women between 40 and 55 who were absolutely stunning. They moved with great confidence, poise and grace. The proper form of exercise and diet can make you more beautiful and energetic. With the proper motion you can build long lean lines.

L-Carnitine works quickly in encouraging the body to burn stored fat for energy rather than carbohydrates. Plays a key role in fat oxidation, caritine "shuttles" or transports long-chair fatty acids (the highest energy food) across the mitochondrial membrane (the power plant of the cell) for enhanced energy production. Without it, fats cannot be burned for energy; they are instead stored in the body as fats and triglycerides. "It is a miracle that I am standing before you wearing these skimpy red Nike shorts with out a hint of self-consciousness or shame. Two years ago I would have never dreamed of this day. As a matter of fact, it was exactly two years ago that I found myself in a department store dressing room bare to my underwear and in shock that my once “claim to fame” once beautiful legs had gone sour---to cottage cheese thighs that is. I have read over your wake up call several times and realized that I too had a wake up call. I am a secretary employed at a hospital and they call codes that we have to respond to example code red = fire. On this particular day a code was called on the 4th floor of the hospital and of course you cannot take the elevator.

Now I work on the ground floor which meant I had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor, when I got to the 4th floor, I was breathing so hard, my heart was pounding, I was sweating, I couldn't even talk, I felt like lying on the floor, but I made my way to a chair and collapsed. I got a book and started fanning myself, and trying to catch my breath. With everyone asking "are you alright"? And I could only shake my head, "yes". I of course waited and took the elevator back to the ground floor. But later I begin to think about what the doctor told me on my last visit. "Heart disease runs in your family and you could stand to lose 20 or more pounds", when it came to weight I would always put 125lbs. but I weighed 158lbs.

After that incident I joined a health club, and started in the low impact aerobics classes Monday thru Thursday "faithfully". I noticed that I had more stamina and energy, and begun losing weight and my thighs did not rub together... joy, joy. From this, 2 years ago I started an aerobics class at my church 2 days a week, I had instructors come and teach the class, then I was encouraged to become an instructor which I will become certified in a few months.

We have gone from chair aerobics, to regular aerobics, to step aerobics, and to strength training. I have 2 other young ladies that work with me, and we all enjoy it so much. And my doctor is pleased with my weight, and so am I. I love your dvd's and use your instructions to teach my classes, I love the way you explain what you are doing and why. Thanks for all that you do, because you are an encouragement to me.
