I Hate My Fat A**


Victoria,
I HATE MY FAT A**! I am so sick of stepping out of the shower and running past my bathroom mirror because I hate looking at my dimply saggy butt. I am too young at heart for this. I have done a bunch of different diets and even paid a loser, same program for everyone, trainer at a local gym who just talked about his problems for an hour on my dime! I am tired of wearing baggy pants and now there are these cute new thigh high pants (see insert photo) that look like they would be so much fun to wear and I want to look good enough to wear a pair to work. I refuse to go through one more season wearing old baggy clothes. I know this may not be important to many people, but to me, I want to have a tight, firm rear end that doesn’t have dimples and doesn’t jiggle when I walk. Please help me.

Girlfriend, I feel your pain! This really hurts you and I appreciate your aggressiveness and honesty with your question.

I don’t think what you feel is unimportant for one second. Liking how you look is as vital as having fresh breath on a hot date. Not feeling good about your body is a signal that you are ready to make a change and take the steps necessary to have the body you want.

Putting aside your pride and revealing the thoughts of your heart and reaching out with an extended arm for help expressed by your frustration is powerful. I applaud you for that and I am charmed to be your source of a solution. I appreciate that you are driven with a deep desire for something more than what you have.

Most people are walking around in a politically correct speech bubble with a silent desperation for something they can’t even identify because they are so afraid to express their true thoughts, pain, and heart felt desire. It shows you are a woman who can take that pain and turn it into fuel to reprogram your mind, train your body and feed your body exactly what it needs to be healthy, happy and sexy.

I love the topic of body restructuring (cellulite blasting program). It makes me feel alive, connected and a part of a brave new movement for reclaiming the bodies we deserve.

I thought I was the only person in the world who read the women’s fitness magazines that said I should "love my (then overweight, dimpled and full of lady lumps) body" and not be hard on myself. Yeah right.

They say that and all the while their cover model has a perfectly sculpted body with no dimples, stretch marks or post baby lower belly bulge. If we all should celebrate our bodies at any size why didn’t they put an overweight woman with stretch marks and two toddlers hugging her legs as she tries to make breakfast for her overworked husband as he heads to a beautiful office with other women wearing those hot new thigh high pants with stiletto heels and my favorite Sexy Donna Karan luxury legging? AHHHHHHHHHHHH

Because, it resonates with how we really feel inside and celebrates who we are and what we would like to be seen as. Sexy isn’t just about cantaloupe sized breasts, it’s a song of peace, joy and confidence that manifests as inner power that oozes out into every aspect of your being. That’s what you really want isn’t it. You want to move about in the world and be significant and feel special. You want to walk out of a room and have people follow you with their eyes and a great smile on their face saying, wow, she looks fantastic. You want people guessing how old you are, because you haven’t aged a day in ten years.

One of my specialty areas of expertise is attacking cellulite (fat) on people's bodies. I was so overweight and lumpy before. I would never go swimming or wear shorts. In the heat of the summer, I would wear long black pants and refused to go to my best friend’s pool parties.

In college my marketing class decided to take a trip to LA for a buying trip. One of our perks was a two-night stay at a luxury hotel and spa. Everyone was thrilled. Needless to say, I was horrified. The thought of going to Hollywood, the land of babes and beauties, made me so ashamed, I literally wanted to throw up every time I thought about it. I’m sure you can imagine the different emotions I went through preparing for a poolside appearance.

While everyone was putting their wardrobes for the trip together, I was binging and purging from the trauma of being in the land of thin beautiful people when at the time I was well over fifty pounds over fat. I made it through the trip by always being busy and avoiding the pool altogether, but I swore that would never happen again. As a part of my journey, I have come up with some permanent weight management solutions so that you will never hate the way you look again.

I am so excited to share with you some of my most tried and true methods of ridding your body of your lady lumps, those pesky dimples that make you feel like you would look great if you were a grapefruit

I had cellulite when I was heavy but I was able to lose the weight with an overhauled lifestyle that consisted of low carb (low glycemic) eating, Power Shaping Vertical Training (light weights and cardio) and consistently following detoxification principles.

Today,
I am cellulite free and more peaceful than I have ever been. I am a walking breathing testimony that you can reduce body fat and tighten and tone your butt. In addition, you can also have smooth legs, pretty arms and flat abs. The reason I am more peaceful now is that I am more confidant with who I am. I believe extra fat on your body is not only bad for your health; it damages your psyche too. We are a creation that strives for perfection and we are happier when we look our best and achieve what we are capable of.

I have put together some fantastic information about cellulite and some great tips to help you get started on your Quick Start to a tight and sexy butt.

Cellulite Is Fat
Cellulite is found in both overweight and slim women but excess weight makes cellulite worse. It is considered a normal occurrence resulting from uneven fatty deposits, mostly below the waistline. Cellulite is the accumulation of fat, fluid and toxins that develops under your skin. Cellulite is mostly a women's problem. Men tend to have lower percentages of body fat than women, which is ultimately responsible for cellulite.

Most of the treatments advertised today that include pills, suction machines, creams and wrapping the skin are not really effective solutions to getting rid of cellulite.

Liposuction can surgically remove fat cells but it is not a permanent solution and requires repeating the treatment over and over again. Plus it is quite an expensive procedure for the average person.

Jazelle, since you have tried a bunch of different diets, and are still prone to cellulite, you have to have a complete overhaul and start a fresh because this is about a lifestyle. This is not just a quick diet band-aid, but a complete New Beginning that will lead to a life filled with confidence, energy and fun.

You will feel so great and you will never look back and regret one day you spent trying other programs. You will have a clear mind that is free from biochemical anxiety, fear and doubts. Quick Tips – 30 day Quick Start

  • Drink 2-4 quarts of water daily. Water flushes toxins out of the body and improves circulation.
  • Eat fibrous fruits and vegetables to generate daily bowel movements
  • Don’t smoke. Smoking causes poor blood circulation and contributes to premature aging and sagging of the skin.
  • NO alcohol for the first thirty days
  • Limit Coffee to one cup per day
  • Stop eating sugar and sugary snacks. Instead reach for fresh fruit and raw veggies.
  • Stop eating all fried foods and those high in saturated and hydrogenated fats.
  • Avoid canned foods and other foods high in salt. Salt increases water retention and makes cellulite worse
  • Drink herbal teas
  • Limit soda to one diet soda per day. NO regular soda, sugar is too high
  • Eat five small meals four to five times per day.
  • Take 1,000 milligrams daily of Vitamin C, which has been recommended by cellulite researchers
  • Maintain a normal, healthy body weight. Yo-yoing weight with diets make cellulite worse
  • Boost your circulation by using a brush, loofah or a massage glove daily for at least 5 minutes.
  • Massage your skin with almond oil. This may improve blood circulation and lymphatic drainage
  • Do some sort of cardio for thirty minutes and Stretch daily.

I Am Back To My Pre-Baby Weight And My Cellulite Is GONE!

Healthy Recipe

Jambalaya Salad

Makes 16 to 20 servings

Ingredients:
      1/3  cup olive oil
      2  teaspoons finely shredded orange peel
      1/3  cup orange juice
      1/4  cup lemon juice
      1  tablespoon fresh or dried thyme, crushed
      4  cloves garlic, minced
      1/2  teaspoon salt
      1/2  teaspoon red pepper flakes
      1/4  teaspoon ground black pepper
      2  cups long grain or brown rice
      4  cups water
      1/8  teaspoon salt
      1  pound cooked shrimp
      1  tablespoon olive oil
      2  large onions, chopped (2 cups)
      2  medium tomatoes, chopped (about 1-1/3 cups)
      2  15-ounce cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained (optional)
      2  medium green, red, and/or yellow sweet peppers, chopped (1-1/2
          cups)

Directions
      1. In a screw-top jar, combine the 1/3 cup olive oil, the orange peel, orange juice, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, the 1/2 teaspoon salt, the red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Cover and shake dressing well. Use
immediately or chill. Shake again before using.

      2. Combine rice, water and the 1/8 teaspoon salt in a large saucepan. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat; rinse rice well with cool water. Drain and set aside.

      3. Bias-slice sausage into 1/2-inch pieces. In a large skillet, brown sausage over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain off fat. Remove sausage from skillet. Add the 1 tablespoon oil to skillet; cook onion in hot oil until tender, stirring occasionally.

      4. Combine shrimp, tomato, black-eyed peas, sweet pepper, and parsley in a very large bowl. Add the dressing; toss well. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.

Nutrition facts per serving:
      calories: 277
      total fat: 7g
      saturated fat: 2g
      carbohydrate: 33g
      fiber: 4g
      protein: 13g
