Inner Thigh Magic


Victoria, THANK YOU! I don’t mean to be drama mama, but you have to know that you literally saved my life. I was going into a deep dark emotional hole before my girlfriend subscribed me to your newsletter.

I had hypoglycemia and a sever case of blood sugar blues. I lived on sweets, simple carbs and anything with white flour I could consume. I would get depressed, anxious or frustrated and I would immediately go into a feel-good carb consuming frenzy. It would start with a simple package of a “healthy” pretend snack cookie and turn into a midnight crunching caramel popcorn nightmare.

I started reading your newsletters and I ordered your Quick Start Program and I started listening to the MP3 and that was it. I have put copies on A CD, on my iPod and on all three of the computers in my home except the one in my son’s room. His room is scary, so I just don’t go in there.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my life and my power back. I literally had turned my life over to food and letting it control me. I no longer binge eat on junk and sugary snacks in secret places in my pantry.

You did it! You took action. You had to get up, get going and get back into the game of living and literally take back your life.

People don’t understand that food can be a dangerous drug and the wrong food can and will kill your joy, strip you of your precious energy and poison the lifeblood that flows through your veins.

You did what so many women will not do. You changed your thinking, your diet and your workout schedule. You listened to the MP3 over and over, which is the key to learning. You can’t just read something one time or listen to something one time and expect to change.

Change is an ongoing process. Every time you listen to the info I sent you, you change. As you change, you grow. SO when you hear the material again, you hear it as a new more evolved person so you are hearing it with a different set of ears. This is why you were able to stop dying and start living.

Your body is the same way. As you lose weight and exercise, your body changes, so you have to continue to workout so that your body evolves into a different body as well.

Stumbled on a Magic Movement

I was training one of my (on location) clients one day and I found a magic technique by accident.

My client was to do this scene where she had to run along the beach in a swimsuit and look strong and sexy.

Well, when we first started training she did was not strong and she did not feel sexy. Sexy is an inside job. It’s a projection of feminine confidence.

We were training on a set timeline and we got an urgent notice the production company was stepping up the shoot schedule.

AAAHHHH!!
I had to get her body tighter faster and God works in mysterious ways….

I was training her on the beach and a beachcomber’s little puppy got loose and was running out of control. I told my client to keep doing the lower body exercise she was doing and I would be right back.

I ran over to help catch the runaway puppy!

After a couple of minutes, we caught the cute little guy and I ran back over to my client.
To my surprise she had only done a few reps of the exercise because she was not sure how long to hold the contraction.

We went on with the workout and the next day she could hardly walk. In a couple of days, we decided to do what she did when I was gone again, but not to the degree to cause immobility!

What happened was she held move she was doing for two to four seconds and then squeeze the muscles tight at the top of the move which isolated the muscles so much that they got tighter faster!

Isometric The Magic Move Principle

Isometric Training: is the scientifically proven one fastest way to get in shape.

You can finish an entire body part in less than 5 minutes of exercise. It is an extremely effective form of movement. It creates amazing results when done properly…

Inner Thigh Exercises

How to Do It.
In all the exercises below, you apply the Isometric Magic by holding the move and squeeze your inner thighs muscles continuously for five seconds and then relax and repeat for 10-20 reps for 2-3 sets. Be sure to warm up and stretch before and stretch out after you are done as well. These are powerful exercises and my client got tremendous results.

She got in shape faster and she blew the producer away with her body and her performance because she got stronger and her inner tight muscles got really tight. She still incorporates Isometrics in her workout today.

1. Thigh Squeezer
a. Assume a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.
b. Lower your self and squat down until both of your legs form a 90-degree angle. This will look as if you're sitting in a chair. Keep your back straight and your head up.
c. Hold it for about 5 or so seconds, then get back up and repeat.
Make sure that your knees are not past your toes as you are squatting; otherwise you're not bringing your glutes (butt) far enough towards the back.

2. Inner Thigh Lifts
a. Lie down on your side on a flat surface. Put a pillow or your arm under your head.
b. Take the foot of your top leg and bring it up front towards your hips. Rest it on the floor.
c. Now take your leg that's on the ground and extend it; keep it straight and raise it off the ground slowly.
d. Bring it up six inches, squeeze the inner thigh and hold it for five seconds then slowly lower it. However, do not let your leg touch the ground... when it's close to the ground, lift it again.
After your reps are completed, do it again with your other leg.

3. Pillow Firmer
a. Lie down on the ground on your back.
b. Take a pillow and place it centrally in between the lower part of your legs.
c. Using both legs, place as much pressure as you can on both sides of the pillow to squeeze it. Hold it for about 5 seconds.
d. Release it and then repeat.

Marcea, remember to include these inner thigh exercises you’re your complete total body workout routine! Keep up your 5 day cardio schedule and stay away from f the simple carbs and continue to follow my Quick Start Program.

In no time you can say good by to those nasty inner thigh wings and you'll have slimmer & more toned inner thighs in no time.

I have been a big fan of yours from the times that you had the body shoppe on fit tv. I used to do the routines before going to an aerobics class and I loved your positive attitude, your passion about fitness, and your precise descriptions of the exercises. I felt like I was learning from you, but never felt as if I was being talked down to at any time. I also loved the positivity in your show. Everybody in the show looked like they were having fun, and I brought that feeling with me during my own fitness routine.I became very fit and lost a great deal of weight, but later I was in law school and working on a masters degree at the same time while trying to maintain a demanding husband and barely slept, let alone worked out or ate things that were useful to my body. After I graduated, I am taking some time off to get healthy again and dumped the bossy husband.
