OMG! I Am Trapped In A Fat Body and I Despereately Want Out!

Victoria, What is going on with me? I wake up every morning with a headache, I have no energy and I cannot even stand to look at food. I grab a cup of coffee and go about my daily activities. At noon I do great. I usually have a big salad and some crackers.

Then it happens, in the afternoon, I get the craziest cravings. I start craving spicy Doritos, cookies, cinnamon rolls, French bread and other unhealthy foods like that.
I have ballooned up so much I feel like I am wearing one of those movie fat suits.

I literally cannot look at myself any longer. I feel like I am trapped in a fat body and I desperately want out. I can’t afford a personal trainer. Where should I start on limited budget? How do I get on a fast track to lose fat quick?

Haley, First things first, quit looking at your problem and start working toward an answer. The quickest way to change something is to first change your thoughts. You probably start each day by thinking about the problem so much that you feel unable to fix it.

STOP! Just stop the pity party and the poor me song and switch your thinking to possible solutions to your problem.

Money is Not the Answer

Your constant focus being fat only worsens it. Let’s take a look at someone with a similar problem who is rich, famous has every possible resource available to her and did the same thing.

A couple months ago US Magazine rated Britney Spears as one of the "worst beach bodies". Britney had a notorious junk food craving and her daily diet consisted of primarily empty calories. The pop star has been seen consuming Red Bull energy drinks, Starbucks Frappuccinos and Marlboro Lights. On a few occasions, she’s been seen eating one of her favorite snacks, Cheetos. She ballooned up so much that there was speculation she was pregnant again. AAHH!

Britney's personal trainer Bobby Strom gave us knowledge behind her fluctuating weight, including her mom Lynne's home cooking. He says, "Her mind has not been in the right place for working out. She's had lots of stuff to get sorted in her head and her personal life lately. But I think that she's over it and back on course, mentally and physically."

"She's fond of her mom's food but it tends to be carb heavy and calorific and eat more protein - especially on tour. She also needs complex carbs such as brown rice, veggies and wholegrain breads."

A source reports that Britney was devastated by her appearance in the photos, and complained to her promoters, "I look like a blimp, so do something about it. I need to look perfect - better than perfect."

You are thinking like a Rock Star!

Is that amazing, that you two with totally different backgrounds, life circumstances and income feel the same way and say the same things? Women are the same all over the world. We want to feel good about ourselves and look good in our clothes.

The way Britney felt and feeling like a blimp is what finally got Britney to turn the corner from worst beach body to rock star body again is her mental attitude and her eating patterns.

Brit's trainer said that Britney finally stopped drinking the 2000 calorie daily coffees and cut out alcohol and simple carbs.

She’s already dropped a few dress sizes and is feeling good about herself again.

Quick Fat Loss Tips

Quit your stinking thinking
Just stop the negativity. Stick affirmations all over your house, mirrors, car desk, wherever you need to be reminded to think positive, encouraging and result driven thoughts that lead you to take the right action

Eat a balanced low-glycemic breakfast every day 7 days a week and power walk for an hour six days a week to step up your metabolic rate and burn stored fat without jumping. Endurance training is proving to be one of the fastest means of losing fat fast. Don’t listen to the other people who say you don’t have to, they are usually guys and they very rarely have been fat or had severe PMS!!!!

Drink a gallon of lemon water every day for a week to flush out your system and get your colon cleansed and release the trapped salts and toxins in your system

Don’t eat anything up to three hours before you go to bed. And do not eat simple carbohydrates at all.

Make your final fat burning meal of the day protein and tons of low glycemic, catabolic vegetables so that your system will convert to fat burning and not fat storing.

Imagination- Stimulate new brain cells of recognition by putting up pictures of how you want to look all over the place and keep a special one in your wallet so that you can look at it often. We move towards pictures. That is why we have to be so careful about what we watch and look at. This applies to all of your goals!

Re-enforce your good behavior by talking great words of encouragement to YOURSELF! Train yourself. I love talking to myself when I am working out. I have to be my best client or I can’t be a positive role model for my people.

There you have it Haley, you have to begin this transformation process right now. You have to give up the self-criticism and condemnation and begin pumping yourself up. When you eat the right food and move the right way, science will perform in miraculous ways for you.

Your fat suit will shrink and as you keep progressing it will disappear completely. I know mine did, but it took consistent positive actions and strong mental

"It is a miracle that I am standing before you wearing these skimpy red Nike shorts with out a hint of self-consciousness or shame. Two years ago I would have never dreamed of this day. As a matter of fact, it was exactly two years ago that I found myself in a department store dressing room bare to my underwear and in shock that my once “claim to fame” once beautiful legs had gone sour---to cottage cheese thighs that is. Victoria:
I have read over your wake up call several times and realized that I too had a wake up call. I am a secretary employed at a hospital and they call codes that we have to respond to example code red = fire. On this particular day a code was called on the 4th floor of the hospital and of course you cannot take the elevator.

Now I work on the ground floor which meant I had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor, when I got to the 4th floor, I was breathing so hard, my heart was pounding, I was sweating, I couldn't even talk, I felt like lying on the floor, but I made my way to a chair and collapsed. I got a book and started fanning myself, and trying to catch my breath. With everyone asking "are you alright"? And I could only shake my head, "yes". I of course waited and took the elevator back to the ground floor. But later I begin to think about what the doctor told me on my last visit. "Heart disease runs in your family and you could stand to lose 20 or more pounds", when it came to weight I would always put 125lbs. but I weighed 158lbs.

After that incident I joined a health club, and started in the low impact aerobics classes Monday thru Thursday "faithfully". I noticed that I had more stamina and energy, and begun losing weight and my thighs did not rub together... joy, joy. From this, 2 years ago I started an aerobics class at my church 2 days a week, I had instructors come and teach the class, then I was encouraged to become an instructor which I will become certified in a few months.

We have gone from chair aerobics, to regular aerobics, to step aerobics, and to strength training. I have 2 other young ladies that work with me, and we all enjoy it so much. And my doctor is pleased with my weight, and so am I. I love your dvd's and use your instructions to teach my classes, I love the way you explain what you are doing and why. Thanks for all that you do, because you are an encouragement to me.
