The Perfect Move for a Slamming Hot Summer Bikini Body


Victoria,
I am in dire need of something down and dirty to get my lower body in shape. I went to the beach last week and found myself too embarrassed to take off my Capri pants. My upper body looked fine, but my lower body is too jiggly and dimply. At my job there is a summer fun bash coming up and I would like to feel comfortable wearing a swimsuit. I don’t have to win a contest or end up with thunder thighs, but I want to look respectable. Can you give me something fast and effective to do to help me?

Salina, Your question came at a great time. Last night I went to a bodybuilding show to see a friend who was competing. If you have never been to a show, you have to go!

It is a sheer testament of what a body can do when discipline, hard work, a scientifically based diet can produce.

The audience members are much more entertaining than the athletes on stage. The people who go to watch are just as competitive as the bodybuilders. There were some amazingly beautiful bodies in barely there clothing, there were some ghastly unfit bodies wearing the same as the fit ones and there were some gi-normous people. Both men and women!

I was awestruck at the amount of muscle I saw in one night. The guest poser was Paul Baker from Jamaica and he was the Michelin Man with tan! He had more meat than a forth of July cook out! I got a photo of him so that we could meet him. He was definitely a gentle giant!

There were tww different types of women competitors. There was a figure division that was for women who were fit, perfectly symmetrical and looked stunning in a swimsuit and there were extremely muscle bound women in the traditional bodybuilding division who were rated on their muscle size, density, proportions and low body fat levels.

I admire everyone there who made it their goal to compete in either division. But based on your question, it sounds like you ready to tighten up ou legs and really get toned for summer so you can show off your well-defined body at the company party.

In order to do that you have to get into some pretty consistent burning fat and muscle tightening exercises so you can feel confident.

You are totally in the zone with this question because there was one figure model that had an amazing lower body. I met up with her in the women’s restroom and interviewed her about what she did to get into shape for the show. I condensed the interview down just for you. Here is what you can do based on her program.

Cut out the simple carbs first
Cut out salty foods
Drink 2 quarts of water a day
Limit your caffeine to under 100 mg in the morning and100 m in the afternoon
Fill up on low-glycemic fruits and high fiber vegetables three to four times per day

In the meantime, this sculpting exercise provides the perfect solution to get your lower body into great shape by building calorie burning muscle mass so you can achieve a lean and fit physique that will make your co-workers jealous.

I asked her what her favorite exercise was for toning that gave her such a sexy lower body. She said the most important thing is form and consistency. Here is the exercise

The Perfect Swimsuit Exercise:
Walking Lunges

Walking lunges really hit the gluteus maximus muscles and also target overall leg development by working the quads and hamstrings.

Try this lower body toning exercise out and I’m sure you will be very happy with the results.

A good beginner routine is 3-4 sets and try to walk about 10 yards starting out. Make sure to go very slow and controlled through the entire range of the movement so you can properly perform the exercise and place maximum overload on the muscles.

Exercise Technique:

Grab a dumbbell in each hand and find an area where you can walk for about 20 feet unobstructed.

Beginning with one foot, simply stride forward (walk) as far as you comfortably can while keeping the dumbbells hanging down at your sides.

It is very important that when you plant your striding foot that your knee stays perpendicular to the floor and does not extend past that point.

Continue to alternate strides for 10 steps on each leg.

Do two to three sets every other day along with 30-45 minutes of fat burning cardio. Warm up and stretch before and stretch your thighs after to prevent soreness and promote length to the muscle so it doesn’t get short and squatty.

There you have it. Short and sweet. You can get in shape the right way. You have to keep your body in goof form and be mentally into your workout. You can do this. It’s simple, but not easy. You must be disciplined like the figure models at the show.

Start today and you will so happy that you did. Be really disciplined and go out and buy something fun and sleazy for your party. It’s okay, if they are going to talk about you, you may as well give them something really good to say!
