Brazilian Butt Lift – Non Surgical and Highly Effective

I am so happy that I get your newsletters every week. I am in need of help. With the high price of gas right now, I am going to work out at home with your DVD’s for my cardio. I did Power Shaping this morning and it was a blast.

I have a really skinny butt and I hate it. I love the curves of Jennifer Lopez and I was totally jealous when I saw Ashanti at the Boston Celtics basketball game. She had these sexy round buns and they looked fabulous.

I looked at some of her old pictures and she DID NOT have that going on then. Did she get a Brazilian Butt lift? I can’t afford that, it’s expensive.

What can I do at home to give me more rear end curviness without the cutting and cash?

Leyla, I know exactly what you mean. I saw Ashantai and she was definitely packing some new junk in her trunk. She did look great!

And let’s not overlook the popularity of Kim Kardashian’s bum! Every celebrity magazine features photos of her entering buildings… from the back.

I can’t say if she had a butt lift or not. There are so many brands of instantly ”soft wear” under garments you can buy now to add a little “something in the seat”. She could have just done that. Only her stylist knows for sure.

I understand your frustration with having a flat behind and a skinny rear end; I have a first hand example of your frustration.

I was a celebrity judge for fitness championship. There were so some women who had amazing physiques. It was very hard to judge, but in the final round when they had to wear swimsuits. It became very apparent that a set of round tight buns made a lot of difference in separating the top three from the rest of the beautiful crowd.

The top three had distinct round shapes to their buns and it added to their overall balance and sex appeal factor. There were contestants who trained and dieted for months only to lose out because they didn’t train their buns and thighs enough. You don’t have to be a competitor to look like you could and have a beautifully sculpted figure.

So, I am so happy that you are staying focused on your shape and fitness too during these crazy times. We all have to stay positive and we must continue to move forward in our thinking and plans. When everything settles down, you don’t want to come through it exhausted, overweight and still embarrassed about your shape.

You can have the round butt and the body you want regardless of the economy.
Tough times never last, tough people do!

You don’t need fancy gym equipment or a trainer. Here are some exercises you can do at home to give you that Brazilian Butt Lift without having to spend $3,00-5,000 for surgery and six weeks downtime.

Your At Home Round Butt Workout

This workout includes a variety of exercise targeting the butt, hips and thighs for lower body tightening workout.  Modify any exercises to fit your fitness level and past injuries. Make sure you stretch before and after each complete sequence of exercises. Also add some cardio to burn stored body fat and drink 8-12 glasses of water a day to flush out toxins and hydrate your skin.

Sets and reps

For Beginners: Do 1 set of 12-20 repetitions of each exercise with no weight or light leg weights.

For Intermediate: Do 2 sets of 12-20 reps using enough with no weight or light leg weights 1-3 pounds.

For Advanced: Do 3 or more sets of 12-20 repetitions with no weight or light leg weights 1-3 pounds.

Squats are one of the best exercises you can do to enhance the overall shape of your butt and thighs. It lifts the butt up and gives it that high round shape.

Chair Squats:
Stand with feet hip-width apart and squat, keeping back straight, arms extended in front of you shoulder level, abs in and knees behind your toes. Sitting back, lower your body down toward the chair just like you were going to sit down. Let your butt lightly touch chair and squeeze butt to as you return to standing position. Repeat for 2-3 sets of 12-20 reps.

Standing Side Leg Lift:
Begin by attaching a light ankle weight to your right ankle. Stand with your feet together and grasp a sturdy, stationary object for support. Extend your right leg directly out to the side squeezing your outer thigh and butt. Contract your glutes; slowly lower the leg back to the start position. After finishing your 12-20 repetitions repeat the entire sequence on the left side.
(Sneak these in at work without the ankle weights)

Standing Bent Leg Outer Thigh Lift:
Holding on to a chair, bend right knee to 90 degrees. Keeping body upright, lift your bent leg out to the side as high as you can.  Lower and repeat for 12- 20 repetitions. Turn and repeat on the left side.
(Sneak these in at your work when you get go for lunch on your beak)

Lying Side leg Lift:
Begin by lying down on your left side. Bend your left leg at a 90-degree angle and bring your left foot to rest underneath your right knee. Keeping your right leg straight, tightening your butt, slowly raise a few inches past your butt. Contract your glutes and return to the start position. After completing 12-20 repetitions, turn over and repeat the exercise on your left leg.

Floor Exercise Butt Kick:
Get into an all fours position, placing your palms on the floor to support your body weight. Keeping your left knee on the floor, straighten your right leg and extend it behind your body just short of touching the floor. Slowly raise your right leg as high as comfortably possible, keeping it straight throughout the move. Contract your glutes and then reverse direction, returning back the start position. After completing 12-20 repetitions, repeat the process on your left.

Start right away with this quick and simple at home and at work round butt program and you'll be bootylicious in no time.

Victoria, I am 45 yrs old and 100 lbs overweight (since age 25.) Two weeks ago I walked out of my job on my lunch hour and decided I was not going back.
