Fat Abs To Sexy Curves


Victoria, I have a round thick waistline and I would like to lose some fat and reshape it. What should I do?

Great question! Figure-hugging fashion is so sexy and we all want to wear them. It’s not very pleasing when you put on a hot outfit and you look like a big round egg.

So…..you definitely asked the question about how to get the perfect waist, which will give you sexy curves at the right time.

I am so happy that feminine tops with more curvy lines are coming back in! Fit and fabu-li-cious abs are in and you don’t want to miss the summer fashion fun because you couldn’t get your waistline in shape.

Girl, you are not alone! Poor Janet Jackson and Jessica Simpson have been having the same issue with their waistline. I covered both of their last weight loss programs in my blog. They both used the Quick Start Principles when they lost weight before. They both abandoned the plan and are both their abs and waist are expanding.

If they want to lose that fat quick and get their happy bodies back, they just have to go back to the principles and the plan. Now don’t you dare believe that crap about them being happy with their unhealthy bodies, they love it even more when they are fit and curvy.

I’ve been fat and I have been fit. I speak for real, I prefer fit and curvy. So will you when you get there!

Sexy Waistline Plan

1. Stop eating bad carbs at night.
The fastest way to gain weight o=in your midsection is by eating a little during the day and a lot at night. Your metabolism is slowest at night and when you mack out on chips, cookies, ice cream and other fat loving snacks your waist will expand faster than the US Budget.

2. Eat More Good Protein
Protein helps stabilize your hormones and puts the kibosh on late night cravings. So eat some protein at every meal.

3. Get Your Cardio on!
Four to five times a week for 45-60 minutes is necessary for your body to
get to a fat burning level that can penetrate abdominal fat, also known as
belly fat.

Perfect Curve Creation Move!

My favorite waist-whittling sexy curve creating midsection move is a rotational
crunch.

Rotational Crunch: oblique exercise (sides of the stomach)

Rotational crunch is a slight variation of the regular crunch. (The variation - the direction you raise your head and shoulders off floor is diagonal). Lie flat on back, knees bent, feet flat on floor. Do not anchor feet. Rotate your body so that the weight rests on left shoulder. Then, keeping chin tucked in, bring your head and shoulders upward and raise your right shoulder higher than the left.

Four sets of 30 total rotations per set 3 times per week!

There you have it Aisha. Get to it. Drop and give me thirty Rotational Crunches right now. Start cutting the simple carbs out of your diet also. That will help you lose fat faster.

Hello Victoria,
I have been a big fan of yours from the times that you had the body shoppe on fit tv. I used to do the routines before going to an aerobics class and I loved your positive attitude, your passion about fitness, and your precise descriptions of the exercises. I felt like I was learning from you, but never felt as if I was being talked down to at any time. I also loved the positivity in your show. Everybody in the show looked like they were having fun, and I brought that feeling with me during my own fitness routine.I became very fit and lost a great deal of weight, but later I was in law school and working on a masters degree at the same time while trying to maintain a demanding husband and barely slept, let alone worked out or ate things that were useful to my body. After I graduated, I am taking some time off to get healthy again and dumped the bossy husband. I am working out with a trainer, and I do your tapes at home as well, and I have to say that you provide so much inspiration to me because I feel that I can get healthy and move regardless of the weight that I gained and I can have fun and can be positive while I do it.
