Leg Sculpting Magic!


Hey Victoria, I really need your help. I am 26 years old all my life I have been dreaming of wearing shorts and skirts but I have super skinny legs which I am so ashamed to uncover them. Can you please tell me what to do to get bigger legs? I will be looking forward for your kindly response.

Hi BT, I am using your initials because your name is so unique that I did not want to disclose your identity.

First of all, I am sure there are thousands of my readers who would love to have your issue! Most of us are always trying to get our legs to look longer, leaner and tighter.

Your question is a simple one to answer, but not easy to accomplish. You can do it with consistent training and a healthy diet. You have to be careful NOT to try to just gain weight to get more shapely thighs. That is usually want male trainers want you to do. They want you to eat more carbohydrates, do Big Man football type exercises and use male dominant postures and they want to do stuff like boxing moves which is not the best thing to do if you want feminine curves and sexy energy.

When I went through an advanced athletic training program with a world-class Kinesiologist and professional sports trainer. I had to do all the "Man Moves" so that I would understand the biomechanics of every exercise. I am glad I did because when it came time to work with my professional clients, I was expertly trained and well equipped.

By the time I was done with the course, my thighs blew up like a bodybuilding cartoon figure. It was like I went in with dancer’s legs, woke up one morning and had thicker thighs. They were round, thick and strong enough to push a small car. That would have been great if I was a lineman for the Pittsburg Steelers.

I needed to do it, but then I had to get my legs back down to their feminine sculpted size for filming my TV shows and DVD’S!

Again just like magic, I did my exercises I use in my Top Selling Thin Thighs Program and my things went back down with even more definition. The only thing is I lost flexibility so I had to do more stretching and keep my joints warm when I trained. I have experienced that at other times as well. Like when I was a competitive body builder and then I went into Fitness Competitions because I did not want to get my legs any bigger.

Knowing that there are exercises that can do both; increase mass, or decrease size, it’s just a matter of target training.

Here are three exercises that will help you gain some size and mass in your legs. They can help you get the increase you want without making the shape manly!

Magic Thigh Building and Sculpting Exercises.

Read the directions carefully. The alignment and breathing and technique is what will make all the difference,

Do this program 2-3 days per week. Never 2 days in a row. Rest a day or tow and let your muscles recover and grow.

DUMBELL SQUATS
5-10 Pound Dumbbells
Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and grab a dumbbell in each hand and your hang at your sides. Begin by sitting back and squatting as though you are going to sit down in a chair. Lower your weight with the emphasis in your thighs as you lower your bodyweight.

When you reach the maximum squat, tighten your buns and squeeze all the way back up to the count of four. Return to the start position and repeat. Be sure to keep your back firmly upright and straight throughout this exercise. Find a focal point one foot above your head before you start and focus your sight on the spot. Keep your eyes on the spot throughout the entire exercise. This is the perfect overall leg mass builder.

3-4 sets of 8-12 repetitions 2- 3 Days Per Week

LUNGES
2. Stand up straight and hold a dumbbell in each hand, letting the dumbbells hang down at your sides. Lunge forward with first leg. Land on heel then forefoot. Then lower body by flexing knee and hip of front leg until knee of rear leg is almost in contact with floor. Return to original standing position by forcibly extending the hip and knee of the forward leg. Repeat by alternating lunge with opposite leg. Develop a good comfortable rhythm that is safe for your knees. Don’t do this move fast. Take your time and feel the energy in your thighs. This is a great thigh shaper.

3-4 sets of 8-12 repetitions per leg. 2- 3 Days Per Week

PLIE’ TOE SQUATS
Stand with your feet wider than shoulder length and your toes turned out. Squat down and stick your butt out while simultaneously rising up on your toes. This exercise is sure to shape your inner thighs and your gluteus.

3-4 Sets of 15 to 20 repetitions each leg training session.

There are three exercises that can shape your legs and give them some size and sexiness. You also must make sure you are eating at least 1200 calories a day and you get a balanced diet of 55 percent carbohydrates, 25 percent protein and 20 percent Unsaturated fat. Drink 2-4 quarts of water a day. Your muscle is over 70% water and will need it to repair and grow.

Also do some fast cardio, 30 minutes on the treadmill with the incline up to 8! That will put some resistance on your hamstrings and buns! You want to do your cardio the opposite days of your leg training. During your growth phase, keep your cardio down to 2-3 days a week.

There you go my friend. But don’t wait to start dressing the way you want. Start now. Enjoy life now, who cares what other people think. Rehearse being comfortable in your own skin and expressing your own style. Live, love, play, giggle, laugh at yourself, and ignore the critical and run away from whiners and complainers! Life is too short to miss one second!

I have read over your wake up call several times and realized that I too had a wake up call. I am a secretary employed at a hospital and they call codes that we have to respond to example code red = fire. On this particular day a code was called on the 4th floor of the hospital and of course you cannot take the elevator. Now I work on the ground floor which meant I had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor, when I got to the 4th floor, I was breathing so hard, my heart was pounding, I was sweating, I couldn't even talk, I felt like lying on the floor, but I made my way to a chair and collapsed. I got a book and started fanning myself, and trying to catch my breath. With everyone asking "are you alright"? And I could only shake my head, "yes". I of course waited and took the elevator back to the ground floor. But later I begin to think about what the doctor told me on my last visit. "Heart disease runs in your family and you could stand to lose 20 or more pounds", when it came to weight I would always put 125lbs. but I weighed 158lbs. After that incident I joined a health club, and started in the low impact aerobics classes Monday thru Thursday "faithfully". I noticed that I had more stamina and energy, and begun losing weight and my thighs did not rub together... joy, joy. From this, 2 years ago I started an aerobics class at my church 2 days a week, I had instructors come and teach the class, then I was encouraged to become an instructor which I will become certified in a few months. We have gone from chair aerobics, to regular aerobics, to step aerobics, and to strength training. I have 2 other young ladies that work with me, and we all enjoy it so much. And my doctor is pleased with my weight, and so am I. I love your dvd's and use your instructions to teach my classes, I love the way you explain what you are doing and why. Thanks for all that you do, because you are an encouragement to me.
