I am so pleased to read your web-site. I am an aerobic instructor/fitness counselor in Baltimore, Maryland and I truly love the Lord. I know that the Lord has ordained for me to provide a place for the Body of Christ to work out in Baltimore. I have been praying for guidance and wisdom in the matter.
I am thirty-four years old and have always believed God for my dream since I can remember. When I was a little younger I danced professionally and a choreographer told me that I wasn't built like a dancer and I would never amount to anything. I was crushed.
But, now that I am saved, I dance before the Lord in praise and worship dance and have my own fitness and dance organization.

A Christian based fitness program that uses contemporary gospel music as its motivation. It encourages health and wellness using dance praise and worship as its foundation.
The class is multilevel. If you have never worked out before, the class is modified for you. If you are already fit and would like to be a part of a motivating and inspiring group, this class is for you too! Weight Control is encouraged. Weighs-Ins will be optional. A scale will be provided.
Wear Comfortable work out attire and bring a note pad and pen. And don't forget that awesome Attitude!
It begins with an opening prayer and a Good News Gospel sharing and testimonial segment. This provides those who have had victories a place to share and receive reassurance of their accomplishments. Success breeds success.
Urban Dance Praise Format:
Warm up: Easy motions to get your blood flowing and your spirits awakened.
Stretch: Flexibility exercises for elongating muscles, releasing joints and preparing the muscles for the workout.
Low Impact Cardio: Jammin' low impact dance fitness moves that increase the heart rate, burn stored body fat, improve circulation, improve rhythm, increase your lung capacity and strengthen the heart muscle. Surprise training methods are used in this part of the workout: Cardio Kick Boxing moves, Hip Hop Dance Moves, African Dance, Salsa Rhythms and Old Style dance moves like the Temptation Walk and the electric slide.
Cool down: Funky smooth dance grooves to calm the body down before the best part of the class.
Floor Work: This is where you get to lie down and perform target exercises (or pass out) Abdominal training for a sleek midsection, leg exercise for your thighs and buns. We end the class with a final stretch and closing prayer with a fitness and prayer related goal for the week.
The End: You leave refreshed and revived. This program will help transition you from "Jogging" for Jesus, to Winning the Race of Eternal Life!
