Victoria's Cardi-Pump Workout is based on the principles of Strengthening and Lengthening. These principles will correctly build your major muscles , improve your athletic conditioning while refining your overall body shape.

To isolate a muscle you must isolate it in your mind first. Victoria will share her philosophy of Sports Psychology training using visualization and motivation. She will teach you how to tap into your internal strength and turn it into muscle power.
Victoria began Cardio-Pump in 1987 after studying under with Rex Schott at Witchita State University's Graduate Sports Training Program. She has redesigned, refined and updated her Program for the Trainers Club Members exclusively.
